I will hold keys to your home in Bulgaria and will organise to collect
and pay your bills. This will be bills for water, electricity, Council tax,
security, insurance etc.

| Regular Visits |
Every Month I visit all my clients properties to inspect them and check everything is ok
and there are no problems. I take lots of photos of my visit and E-Mail
them to you with my report each month.

| Legal Matters |
I have local English speaking solicitor who I know for many years
and is very reliable, has reasonable fees, and can look after all
your legal matters for you.
He is based in Varna and will take your instructions at meeting or by E-mail.

| Accounts |
If you own freehold land in Bulgaria you must have a limited company to hold the land.
Every year each company must make a return to and file accounts with the government by
31 st March even if there are no changes from last year. The penalty for not doing this is 2000 lv.
My accountant I have know for many years, he speaks English and has his office in Varna.

| Cleaning and Laundry |
I will organise women to do the cleaning and laundy for your home.
What I do is travel to near your home and recruit reliable honest people
who we can trust to do this work properly.

| Garden and Swimming pool maintenance |
Again when I go to recruit cleaners I will recruit a local
reliable man to keep the garden as you want it and maintain
the swimming pool. I will organise the training for him with
what must be done with the pool on a regular basis in the summer.
Also as another service I can arrange for the pool to be shut down for
the winter and then opened in the spring with the necessary chemicals
supplied.

| Satellite TV etc |
I can arrange for the installation of Satellite TV, Alarm systems, Air Conditioning
at special prices from my regular suppliers.

| House Furnishing |
My service here is to go with you to the best quality cheapest suppliers for
all you need for the house. You choose what you want and I arrange for it
to be supplied and fitted. I can do the full house all furniture, appliances,
linen, crockery, curtains, rugs etc. as little or as much as you want. This
I do at my special suppliers and warehouses in Varna where we locals shop
much cheaper than foreigners can buy.

| Property Repairs |
I have a specialist firm to do all routine house repairs. We can fit
new bathrooms, kitchens, windows etc anything you need and we
quote a price for the work before you give us the contract.

| Airport meeting |
I live very close to the airport in Varna and so can if you wish meet you
or your guests with keys and directions to your home. If you want I can
arrange for groceries like milk, eggs, bread etc. to be in house with hot
water and fridge switched on ready for you.

| Car Hire |

The prices are fully inclusive with no extras to pay and airport
collection and drop off is free of charge.

| Rentals |
Sometimes it is possible for me to rent your property for you when
you do not use it. I do this with adverts in local Bulgarian newspapers
and check the clients out myself. I agree with you the rental offer I have
before I accept a tenant. For this service I charge 10% of the rental.

| How do we work together? |
| I will agree with you my fee for the work you want me do.
My salary is monthly in advange and again in advange you must give me money to pay all your bills.
I keep all receipts for you to see and check when you come or I can scan them and E-Mail to you.
